Payment Terms
A 50% prepayment is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% of the total booking amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation terms apply:
• 60 days or more before arrival: 100% of all amounts paid will be refunded.
• Between 30 and 59 days before arrival: 50% of all amounts paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% is non-refundable.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. The date on which we receive your written cancellation request will be used to determine which cancellation terms apply.
Any refund due will be returned to the original payment method.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €100 is required. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
