Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at the time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier;
50% refundable if cancelled between 59 and 30 days before arrival;
0% refundable if cancelled after.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €100 is required. It will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
